Information submitted

When you send an inquiry, we collect the contact details and property information you voluntarily provide. Property inquiries can also include your purchase plans, expected payment method, mortgage pre-approval status, purchase timeframe, and preferred viewing or callback time. A phone number is required for callback and viewing requests. You can choose to discuss financing privately.

How information is used

If you separately subscribe to the property guides digest, we use your email address to send new editorial content, at most weekly, with an unsubscribe link. Listing-alert consent is separate. Information from inquiries is used to respond to your request, understand the property or service that interests you, and maintain business records related to your inquiry. We do not require public contact information to browse the site.

Personalized property suggestions

The account signup option clearly includes personalized property suggestions. After you choose that option and verify your email, suggestions are enabled automatically. You can also enable them in your account. While enabled and signed in, we retain limited area, property-type and price preferences from your searches and viewed listings. We do not retain raw address searches, MLS-number searches, map coordinates, arbitrary keywords or off-site browsing for this feature. Viewed-property prices produce approximate suggestion ranges; they are not a declared budget.

Preferences expire after 30 days. Records of suggested listing IDs are retained for up to 90 days to reduce repeat suggestions. The first email is eligible after 24 hours, followed by checks every three days; no email is sent when there are no suitable unseen matches. Recommendations, daily saved-search alerts and weekly guide digests have separate settings. Stop suggestions and clear activity in your account or through the email unsubscribe link. Older accounts are not silently enrolled, and choosing ordinary sign-in does not enroll you.

Optional address suggestions

The home evaluation page loads Google address search by default. Google receives related technical request information and the text you type into its search box. Choose “Enter address manually” to enter an address without sending that text to Google. Only the address you confirm is included with your inquiry; selecting a suggestion does not submit the inquiry or subscribe you to emails. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its handling of requests.

Technology provider and storage

Nexthinge.ca supplies the platform technology. New inquiries are also allocated to the operator’s private Nexthinge CRM for follow-up, without subscribing you to marketing. Optional aggregate page counts are off until you enable them using the control below; turn them off here at any time. Only that preference is saved in your browser. Counts contain no visitor identifiers, page URLs or browsing profiles. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Inquiry data may be stored using Cloudflare infrastructure and delivered to the website operator through Resend for follow-up. Do not send account passwords, government identification or sensitive financial statements through the contact form.

Before public launch: the site operator should have this policy reviewed and finalized for Alberta and Canadian privacy requirements, including actual vendors and data-retention periods.
